Deleting your account

Wanting to permanently delete your account? Follow the step-by-step guide below to delete your account's data.

Following the process below is irreversible, as your data will be permanently deleted. You cannot resubscribe using the same email.

1. Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
   
   
2. Navigate to the settings page by clicking the cog icon
   
   
   
   
3. Open the Account tab.
   
   
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
   
   
5. Under EXTRAS, click Delete Account and Data.
   
   
   
   
6. Follow the prompts to confirm the action.
