Set your workers' hours to know who's free and automatically classify journeys as business or private for Tax Log Booking



How to

To create a roster follow the steps below
  1. Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
  2. Go to the Drivers page.

  3. Open the Work Roster tab at the top of the screen.

  4. Click the + New button.

  5. Fill out the information in the pop-up window that appears.

    Name: The driver the roster is for

    Title: A title for the roster to show in the Track My Ride interface

    Description: A description of the roster

    Classification: Label as business or private to be used in the Journey and Tax Logbook reports

    Repeating: Set the roster as repeating or as a once-off event

         If repeating, set the daily hours or weekly days to choose how the roster repeats

         
          In the above snippet, the roster will be between 09:00 and 17:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and will start repeating from 21/05/2023; after 10/06/2023, it will stop repeating.
    Period: The start and end time for the reservation.
  6. Save the rosterby clicking Save at the bottom of the page.
