Set your workers' hours to know who's free and automatically classify journeys as business or private for Tax Log Booking
How to
To create a roster follow the steps below
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
- Go to the Drivers page.
- Open the Work Roster tab at the top of the screen.
- Click the + New button.
- Fill out the information in the pop-up window that appears.
Name: The driver the roster is for
Title: A title for the roster to show in the Track My Ride interface
Description: A description of the roster
Classification: Label as business or private to be used in the Journey and Tax Logbook reports
Repeating: Set the roster as repeating or as a once-off event
If repeating, set the daily hours or weekly days to choose how the roster repeats
In the above snippet, the roster will be between 09:00 and 17:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and will start repeating from 21/05/2023; after 10/06/2023, it will stop repeating.
Period: The start and end time for the reservation. - Save the rosterby clicking Save at the bottom of the page.
