Accessing previous invoices
Billing management is available to the primary account only. Sub Accounts cannot access billing-related information.
- Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
- Navigate to the settings page by clicking the cog icon.
- Under Payment Method, select View and Download invoices.
- A popup will load and you will have the option to download previously generated invoices under your account.
