How to cancel my subscription

  1. Sign in to your Track My Ride account.

  2. Go to the settings page. 


  3. Under Billing, select Deactivate and cancel my account.

  4. A dialog will appear to confirm changes.

    Your subscription(s) will be marked as non-renewing, and cancelled at the end of your current billing period. You will be able to continue using your TMR account until your current billing period is finished. Once your account is cancelled you will not be able to access your GPS tracking data and your GPS trackers will be suspended.

Sorry, we do not give refunds for cancellations mid billing period. However, as we want to support our customers and give a great service, if your account is billed on an annual plan and has renewed within the past 7 days, please reach out to our support team at support@trackmyride.com.au and we can process a prorated refund.
