How to cancel my subscription
To cancel your Track My Ride service and subscription you need to cancel it from within your account management page.
How to cancel your subscription
- Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
- Navigate to the settings page by clicking the cog icon.
- In the Billing and Subscriptions area, select Deactivate and cancel my account.
- Select confirm in the dialog that is shown to deactivate your subscription and move it to the non-renewing status.

Sorry, we do not give refunds for cancellations mid billing period per our terms and conditions. However, as we want to support our customers and give a great service, if your account is billed on an annual plan and has renewed within the past 7 days, please reach out to our support team at support@trackmyride.com.au and we can process a prorated refund.
