How to change my plan
You can change your Track My Ride plan at any time by following these steps:
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
- Goto the settings page.
- Under Billing, select "Change subscription plan"
- Choose the desired plan, by clicking the Choose plan button
- A dialog will appear to confirm changes.
Upgrading your plan will take effect immediately, instantly giving you access to all added features.
Downgrading your plan to a lower tier takes effect on your next billing date. You can continue using the features of the higher plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
