How to change my plan

Some of the features we offer are only available on some of our plans. We have designed our plans so that our users only need to pay for the features and benefits that they need, making our services more affordable to our users. Our plans may change from time to time, including pricing and functionality. If we change our plans, you will be grandfathered into the legacy plan you had originally chosen. You can change to a new plan, but you cannot return to your original plan.

How to change your Track My Ride plan

Idea
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, instantly giving you access to that plan's features.
Downgrading your plan to a lower tier takes effect on your next billing date. Sorry, we do not offer refunds for downgrades mid billing cycle. You can continue using the features of the higher plan until the end of your current billing cycle. A downgrade is a cheaper plan, or a shorter plan duration. 
  1. Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or using the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking the cog icon.

  3. In the Billing and Subscriptions area, select Change subscription plan.



  4. Choose the Annual or Monthly billing cycle option. Our annual plans offer a discount over the monthly plans for paying for a year in advance.



  5. Choose the desired plan, by clicking the Choose plan button.

  6. A preview of any applicable charges will be shown for your to confirm the changes. If a charge is required due to changing your plan, it will be pro-rated into your current billing cycle.
