Mobile tracking supported phones

For mobile tracking, we currently support the following devices. Other devices will likely still function, though they have not been tested by our team.

Please know, both iPhone and Android can require between 200 to 1000 metres of movement before GPS tracking activates, especially if you have been stationary for a while. This is part of the phone's built in power saving features and cannot be adjusted by changing settings. We recommend using the Snap to Road feature to clean up the small jump at the start of your journey.
