New alerts

We're excited to announce the addition of two new alert features to our Early Access Beta, designed to enhance your tracking capabilities and ensure you're always informed about your fleet's activities and security.

If you haven't done so already, join the Early Access Beta to enable these new features on your TMR account.

Stopped Alert

  • What it does: This alert notifies you when a vehicle or mobile tracked driver remains stationary for a specified period.
  • Customisation: You can set the alert to trigger after a period ranging from 15 to 120 minutes. For extended monitoring, we've also included the option to specify a custom stopped duration of up to 7 days (10,080 minutes). This feature is perfect for monitoring vehicle use and ensuring your drivers are adhering to their schedules or detecting excessive stopped periods during the normal use of your vehicles.

Unassigned Keyfob Alert

  • What it does: Receive notifications when a driver uses an iButton driver ID keyfob that hasn't been assigned to any driver in your account.
  • Benefits: This alert is crucial for maintaining security and accountability within your fleet. It prompts you to record the name of the driver using a new keyfob, ensuring all vehicle movements are accounted for and reducing the risk of unauthorised use.

How These Alerts Benefit You

  • Increased Security: Keep a closer eye on your vehicles, whether they're on the move or parked.
  • Enhanced Accountability: Ensure every driver is identifiable and associated with their actions.
  • Customisable Monitoring: Tailor the alerts to meet your specific needs, whether it's for short intervals or comprehensive, week-long tracking.

We believe these new features will significantly enhance your ability to monitor and manage your fleet effectively. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to improve our services based on your feedback.

Thank you for being a part of our Early Access Beta. Your input is invaluable as we strive to make Track My Ride the most reliable and user-friendly GPS tracking and location service in the market.
