At Track My Ride, we have a variety of subscription plans that are designed to fit your needs and keep your trackers running smoothly. The plan you choose determines the features and functions you'll have access to in your TMR account.

The best part? Our subscription plans are simple and flexible, with options for monthly or yearly payments. For hardware trackers, you don't need to worry about buying your own SIM card because our plans cover the data used by your tracker's built-in SIM card which automatically roams across Telstra, Optus and Vodafone for the best coverage possible. Plus, you get access to our helpful tech support team too.

Q: How much does your service cost?
A: We have different plans available to suit different customer needs. Check out pricing page at Our plans are charged based on the number of devices you want to track.

Q: What benefits are included in each pricing plan?

Q: Am I locked into a long contract?
A: No, we do not do lock-in contracts. All our subscription plans are available as prepaid monthly or annual options.

Q: Do I have the flexibility to cancel my subscription at any time?
A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We believe in providing flexibility to our customers, and there are no long-term commitments. However, we do not offer refunds for cancellations mid billing period. You will continue to be able to use your account until your service expires.

Q: Is there an option to pay for the service annually, and what are the advantages of doing so?
A: Yes, we offer an annual payment option. When you choose to pay for an annual plan, you will pay less over the course of 12 months compared to paying the monthly plan for the same period. It's a cost-effective choice for our long-term customers.
