Vehicle bulk edit (csv)

Too many vehicles to manage individually? Track My Ride offers a quick and easy way to update multiple vehicle records at once using a CSV file.

How to

Download the vehicle CSV file to your computer, edit the document using excel or similar then re-upload.
  1. Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
  2. Go to the vehicles page.

  3. Click the Bulk Edit button at the top of the page.

  4. Follow the step in the pop up window.

  5. Edit the CSV file in excel or a similar application.

    The above CSV file will set the values of 123tmr111111, 000tmr222222, 111tmr222222 and 333tmr444444 to those listed above.

  6. Load the editted CSV file using the Browse ... button.
  7. Upload the file by clicking Upload.

  8. Confirm the changes
