Welcome to the Track My Ride! We're thrilled that you chose us to help with your tracking needs.

If you don't already have an existing Track My Ride account, let's get the ball rolling by following the steps below. If you already have an account, please login by visiting https://app.trackmyride.com.au 

Please have your Track My Ride hardware tracker's Communication ID available, you will need it during the setup of your new account.

TMR GPS trackers are available to purchase in our online shop for customers in Australia.

Hardware Tracker Communication ID




  1. Visit https://www.trackmyride.com.au/activate or download the mobile app from the Apple and Google app stores to get started.





      




  2. Enter your email address and password.





  3. You must verify your email address. We'll send you an email with a 6 digit code. Enter the code once you receive the email.
    Didn't receive the code? You might need to check your spam folder too!





  4. Next it's time to setup your new tracker. Enter your new tracker's Communication ID. It can be found
     on the side of your box and on your tracker. You will also need to give your tracker a name. We recommend the vehicle's name, or registration number.
    Only Track My Ride branded hardware is supported. Trackers can be purchased from our retailers and online web store.





  5. Enter your personal details, such as name and address.





  6. Choose your preferred subscription plan to move onto once your free trial finishes. You can also refer to https://www.trackmyride.com.au/pricing for more details on our plans.
    Bonus! All new Track My Ride accounts receive their first month tracking service FREE on our Fleet Metrics plan!
    Your account will start in the In Trial status during which you can test out all the features that TMR has to offer, even if you choose the Lite plan during setup. Once your free trial is finished, your account will be billed based on your chosen plan and will move into the Active status. You will not be charged until your free trial period expires. If you don't wish to be billed, please cancel your subscription before your free trial period expires.



  7. As your hardware tracker operates on the Australian mobile phone network, we are required to identify your account with a Credit card, Debit card, or Bank account in compliance with Australian Telecommunications Legislation.  Your supplied payment card details will be used to bill your account once you finish your free trial period. You will not be charged until your free trial period expires. If you don't wish to be billed, please cancel your subscription before your free trial period expires.
    No payment will be made now. You will not be billed until your free trial is finished. If you have prepaid account credits you purchased from our team, these will be used first.





  8. Congratulations you're all done! You can now start using your new TMR account. To learn more about TMR and get the most out of your new tracker, please read our support documentation.
    Your new tracker will now be activated on the mobile network. This can take up to 60 minutes, but usually happens within 5 minutes.
