Is real-time tracking available?
Yes, Track My Ride offers real-time tracking. Our system automatically tracks your vehicle 24/7, providing turn-by-turn tracking in real-time and typically updates once every 10 seconds or faster while driving. You can locate your vehicles at any time through our user-friendly web portal or smartphone app. The tracking accuracy is typically within 5 metres, showing you precisely where all your vehicles are and where they've been. When vehicles are parked up, hardware trackers enter a low power mode where they report their position once an hour.
Can I access historic driving data?

How does Track My Ride manage drivers and driver identification?
Track My Ride features an optional smart Driver ID system, including a driver ID keyfob system. This allows you to keep track of who was driving your vehicles. Your drivers simply need to key on when they enter the vehicle, and they will automatically be recorded against that vehicle in your reports. As this is an optional extra, if you're interested in using the driver ID keyfob system, please speak to our sales team on 1300 553 022 or email sales@trackmyride.com.au
