Account details and profile

Keeping your account information up to date ensures you never miss important notifications about your vehicles and billing. Whether you need to update your contact details, address, or add a separate billing email, you can manage all your account information in one place. Here's how to update your Track My Ride account details

Updating your account details

  1. Sign in to your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or using the mobile app
  2. Navigate to the settings page. 


  3. Press the Update account information link



  4. Update the details of your account, be sure to fill out any of the required fields marked with a red asterisk.

Pro tip! Enter your billing email address to receive a copy of all billing-related emails at that address as well.

Changing your account password

Your active sessions will be logged out when you change your password. You will need to login using the new password.
