Your profile and billing settings are used to manage your account. From here you can update your account profile, view past invoices, change your password, buy SMS credits and perform account administrative actions.
On the Account settings page, update your account settings by selecting the Update account information link
Change your password
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
- Go to the settings page.
- Select Change password.
If you have forgotten your password. Click
Forgot your Password? on the login screen. If you are still having trouble, please
lodge a support ticket.
Change your username
Your username is what you use to login to your Track My Ride account.
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
- Go to the settings page.
- Select the Update account information link.
- Click on the Change Username button.
- Enter your desired new email address for the username and press Update.
- Click on the link sent to your original email to confirm your username change.
