Change your username

Your username is used to login to your Track My Ride account. It will be your email address. You can change your username to a new email address, but you must authorise the change via receiving an email to the original account email address to do so.

If you do not have access to your original account email address, you will need to contact our support team if you wish to change your account username.

How to change your username

  1. Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the settings page by clicking the cog icon.


  3. Select the Update account information link.



  4. Click on the Change Username button.



  5. Enter your desired new email address for the username and press Update.



  6. You must authorise the change by clicking the link in the email sent to your original email address.
