Change your password

Need to change your password to keep your account secure? No problem, simply follow the guide below.

Change your password

For security when you change your password, all your sessions will be signed out and you will need to sign in with the new password.

1. Login to your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
   
   
2. Navigate to the settings page by clicking this icon
   
   
   
   
3. In the profile area, click Change password
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your existing account password, and a new secure password.
   
1. For security, you cannot use a password you have used before.
   
2. Your password must contain one of A-Z, a-z and 0-9 and be at least 8 characters
   
   
   
   
5. Click Update to save your new password.
   
   
6. For security your existing session will be logged out, including any devices you have signed in on in the past. Please enter your new password when prompted to sign back into your account.
