Info
If you would like to activate a brand new Track My Ride hardware tracker, please see the article on how to add a new vehicle to your account

  1. Access your Track My Ride account at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the Track My Ride mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.

  3. In the Billing and Subscriptions area, click the link to Reactivate or Deactivate a tracker

  4. In the popup window, choose the vehicles/hardware tracker you wish to reactivate from the list. The original vehicle name, and it's associated hardware tracker will be shown for you to choose from.
    Idea
You can reactivate one, or multiple vehicles/trackers at the same time.

  5. Click Submit to proceed.
    1. You will need to pay for the additional prorated licence fees to reactivate the hardware tracker on your account. See our page on billing management for more information.

  6. Your tracker will now be reactivated on your account and its most recent location visible on the main map. Please allow up to 60 minutes for the tracker to become active on the mobile phone network, though usually this only takes about 5 minutes. If your vehicle is parked up, its tracker will be in its low power sleep mode and will only wake up once per hour to report its current location.
