Forgot your password
Can't remember your password? Simply follow the guide below to regain access to your account.
Forgot your password
- Visit the login page of Track My Ride at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.
- Click the forgot your password link
- Enter your account email address in the field.
- Click the Reset my password button.
If your email address matched one of our user accounts, you will receive an email within 60 seconds or less. Be sure to check your spam folder too if you cannot find it.
If you don't receive an email, then no account exists with that email address. Could you have signed up with a different address? Check our support article on troubleshooting resetting your password. - Locate the password reset email in your inbox and click the button to confirm your password reset request.
- This will open a page to confirm your password has been reset. The following message will be shown.
- Check your email again to find your new password (the below password is an example only and is not valid)
- Use the new password to login to to your account
Once you're logged back in, you can update your password on the Settings page.
