Forgot your password

Can't remember your password? Simply follow the guide below to regain access to your account.

For your security, resetting your password will sign your account out of all currently logged-in devices. If you have activated location sharing on your own device, your mobile device will remain logged in so your live location sharing can continue without interruption. All other devices will be signed out.

How to reset your password

  1. Visit the login page of Track My Ride at https://app.trackmyride.com.au or use the mobile app.

  2. Click the forgot your password link



  3. Enter your email address in the field.



  4. Click the Reset my password button.

    If your email address matched one of our user accounts, you will receive an email within 60 seconds or less. Be sure to check your spam folder too if you cannot find it.

    If you don't receive an email, then no account exists with that email address. Could you have signed up with a different address? Check our support article on troubleshooting resetting your password.




  5. Locate the password reset email in your inbox and click the button to confirm your password reset request.



  6. This will open a new webpage where you can choose a new password.



  7. Enter your new password, and press Save new password.
