Update payment details
You can change your Track My Ride payment details at any time by following these steps:
- Sign in to your Track My Ride account.
- Go to the settings page.
- Under PAYMENT METHOD, select Manage payment info.
This action must be carried out by the account admin. If you cannot see the above, your account does not having admin privileges. - Click the Manage payment info link
- A dialog will appear
- Click Edit Payment Method
- Choose between Card or Direct Debit.
- Then enter your payment details
- Update and confirm
